I have a new conviction to share with you today, which is that a regular cookie was specifically put on this earth for the sole purpose of being stuffed with something gooey, baked to perfection, and finding its way straight to your mouth.

If these over-the-top stuffed cookies do not make their way into your hungry little hands this week, can you even say that you’re living? Just please reflect on that right now.

1. Pecan Pie Cookies

If you’re looking for a fun and totally unique fall treat, this is it. These buttery, soft brown sugar thumbprint cookies are perfectly chewy, and they’re basically bite-sized pecan pies.

You fill that little dent with a mix of pecans, brown sugar, whipping cream, vanilla, and salt. It’s a whole pie experience in a single cookie! And the fact that you can make two dozen in 30 minutes? That is a total weeknight win.

2. Frosting-Filled Deep-Dish Cake Batter Cookies

These cookies are just so much fun. Each one is like its own little Funfetti cake, but with the frosting hiding on the inside. They’re colorful, chewy, and super easy to make.

You get a perfectly balanced blend of chocolate and vanilla flavors in every single bite. They are pure joy.

3. S’mores Stuffed Cookies

Okay, these take a little longer to make, about an hour and ten minutes, but they are so worth it. This is where two of the most wonderful desserts ever, s’mores and chocolate chip cookies, come together.

You get all the sugary goodness you expect from a homemade cookie, a double dose of chocolate, and that perfectly gooey, melted marshmallow center. A match made in heaven!

4. Oatmeal Sandwich Cookies

These delightful cookies taste a lot like oatmeal cream pies. They are smaller than the Little Debbie-sized ones, more like a regular cookie, and the cookies themselves have a crunchier texture.

But if you’re a fan of oatmeal desserts, you are going to absolutely love these. I mean, who can say no to that?

5. Nutella-Stuffed Oatmeal Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies

There is a lot happening inside this cookie, but you probably already figured that out from the name! These remind me of Panera’s “Kitchen Sink” cookies, but with so many more ingredients.

We’re talking white sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, salt, rolled oats, dark chocolate, hazelnuts, Nutella, and sea salt.

You’ll think they look amazing, but once you take that first bite and that gooey filling hits your tongue? You’ll know they are truly exquisite.

6. Snickers Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies

These chunky, crunchy peanut butter cookies use that perfect peanut butter and chocolate combination in the best way possible. They stick miniature Snickers bars right inside each one!

I know I’m using the wrong candy slogan here, but these cookies really are two great tastes that taste great together. So, so good.

7. Brownie-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Every single one of these thick, chewy, and delightfully soft chocolate chip cookies has a decadent brownie surprise stuffed inside. You bite into it thinking you’re just getting yummy chocolate chip cookie goodness, but then you get an extra dose of fudgy brownie.

Add that to the fact that you can make a whole batch in just over 20 minutes, and you’ve got another winner on your hands.

8. Rolo-Stuffed Cookie Cups

Out of all the Rolo candy desserts I’ve ever tried, these Rolo-stuffed chocolate chip cookies are my absolute favorite.

The cookie on the outside is basically the same as the one used for the Oreo-stuffed cookies, but that Rolo in the middle gives the filling a completely different taste. It’s an ON-POINT combo.

9. Oreo Stuffed White Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Oreo-stuffed cookies are a lot like the other ones, but with one key difference: you use white chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate.

You also add some crushed Oreos into the cookie dough itself, along with the whole Oreo you stuff right in the middle. It’s just so ridiculously good!

10. Salted Caramel Brown Sugar Cookies

There is a lot going on with these delectable cookies. The cookies themselves are brown sugar cookies, which are already tasty enough.

But once the dough is ready, you’ll put a Kraft caramel and some coarse salt in the middle of each one before covering them up with more dough. As they bake, the caramel melts into a warm, gooey, salty-sweet puddle that’s just waiting to delight whoever bites into it.

And before you serve them, you drizzle each one with a generous amount of melted chocolate. I told you, a lot is happening, and every single bit of it is phenomenal.

11. Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies

These sweet and fruity strawberry cookies come with a rich, sticky cream cheese filling. It’s kind of like having strawberry cookies with cream cheese frosting, but these are so much better because that cream cheese is a hidden surprise.

You’ll know it’s there, but unless you tell anyone, they’ll get the pure pleasure of that unexpected extra sweetness.

12. Homemade Oreos

With this recipe, you can make your very own homemade golden Oreos.

They are crunchy, buttery, and sweet, and they have that perfect Oreo cream filling. It’s classic, it’s incredibly savory, and it’s just so good!

13. Dreidel Surprise Cookies

These might not be right for every single occasion, though you could easily make them work for different events by just picking a different cookie cutter. But they were too incredible not to include.

Each cookie is made of three layers. You’ll hollow out the middle one so you can add M&Ms, nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, or any other small treat you want. Then, you stick the last cookie on top to hold in all the extra goodies.

Just finish them off by decorating with icing however you like. Imagine the surprise when your guests bite into what looks like a normal cookie and find a surplus of candy spilling out!

14. Nutella-Stuffed Cookies

Some people like to save the best for last. Not me. I like to get people excited from the get-go, which is why I’m talking about these Nutella-stuffed cookies. They are heavenly. They’re buttery and so soft they practically fall apart.

They blend the sweetness of chocolate and sugar with a generous dash of sea salt. All of that would be enough to land them on a “Top 10 Cookies Ever” list.

But then you bite into one, and a river of rich, warm, gooey Nutella rushes out. I’m honestly not sure if “heavenly” is a strong enough word.

15. Salted Caramel-Stuffed Double Chocolate Cookies

This ridiculously indulgent cookie is a chocolate lover’s dream. In addition to the usual baking ingredients like sugar, flour, and butter, this cookie has cocoa powder, brown sugar, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and Rolo candies.

You top the whole thing off with coarse sea salt for an amazing sweet and salty combo, but that salt can’t hide that these cookies are sugary to the max. A total deliciousness bomb.

16. Oreo-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Putting a cookie that’s already stuffed inside another cookie is the very definition of decadent, and I am 100% here for it! These chocolate chip cookies are super thick, sweet, and soft, and each one has a crunchy, tasty Oreo tucked inside.

The taste is hard to describe. You can taste the chocolate chip cookie AND the Oreo, but together they create a new flavor that’s kind of like a deep-fried Oreo. I can’t really explain it, but I promise you’re going to love it.

17. Peanut Butter-Stuffed Chocolate Cookies

Everyone knows that peanut butter and chocolate are an excellent combination. And you can make these double chocolate, chocolate chip cookies even better by adding a peanut butter filling.

They are easy to make, taking only about 30 to 35 minutes. And that warm peanut butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar filling will definitely get your tastebuds tingling.

18. Nutella-Stuffed Snowball Cookies

Regular snowball cookies have a dense texture and a wonderfully buttery, nutty flavor that’s lightly sweetened with powdered sugar. These are exactly the same, but they have rich, thick Nutella centers that make them even nuttier and add a bit of chocolatey goodness.

The best part? You can make them in about 35 minutes with only six ingredients. Life is good.
