Right now I’m having a hard time thinking of any other dessert that I’ve made, like, ever, that even comes close to the overwhelming deliciousness of these poke cakes.

Every bite is soaked with sweet, creamy flavor that makes the cake unbelievably tender. Which is why as soon as this touched my lips I declared the good news: BEST DESSERT EVER.

1. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Poke Cake

Peanut butter and chocolate. Do I even need to go on? Because that combo pretty much speaks straight into my soul. This cake is just over-the-top yummy.

It all starts with a chocolate cake layer at the bottom. Then, for extra flavor and moisture, it gets a drizzle of a vanilla and peanut butter pudding mixture.

But wait, there’s more. It’s finished with a light and airy peanut butter whipped cream and a ton of crushed peanut butter cups. Are you drooling yet? Because I definitely am.

2. Lemon Poke Cake

Here’s a fantastic dessert for Mother’s Day, a special occasion, or even a zippy Easter treat. This lemon poke cake is wonderfully light, airy, and so refreshing.

Seriously, one slice is never enough. It has that perfect balance of tart, zesty, and sweet that just works.

Top it with some whipped cream and fresh berries, and you get a wonderful explosion of tastes and textures. This is the absolute epitome of summer desserts!

3. Eggnog Poke Cake

The holidays are always just around the corner, and this eggnog poke cake is just ideal. A simple boxed cake mix gets a totally festive makeover with some eggnog pudding and pumpkin pie spice.

It gets all dolled up with whipped cream and Nilla Wafers, making this cake an absolute must-have for your holiday parties. It’s so good!

4. Pina Colada Poke Cake

If you like pina coladas, you just have to try this poke cake. That song gets stuck in my head for at least a day every time I hear it! And honestly, this cake does the same thing to me.

It’s bursting with coconut and pineapple flavors, making it wildly refreshing and totally decadent all at once.

5. Grasshopper Poke Cake

Here it is, the cake version of that famous mint cocktail. And let me tell you, it is fantastic. It’s a chocolate mint cake that’s poked and then soaked in a rich chocolate pudding.

That’s already packed with flavor, right? But you can take it to the next level with hot fudge, mint-flavored whipped cream, and chocolate chips.

A few drops of green food coloring would make this a total win for a St. Patrick’s Day dessert!

6. Oreo Cookie Pudding Poke Cake

If you are a fan of anything cookies and cream, you absolutely need to make this stunning Oreo poke cake. As you might guess, there are a ton of Oreos in this thing.

They’re crushed into the Cool Whip topping, and then you get even more chopped cookies sprinkled over the top. I seriously cannot get enough of this cake. It’s just so darn good!

7. S’mores Poke Cake

Do you love camping but are too busy to get away? This s’mores cake is here to bring back those amazing campfire memories right at home.

We’ve got a moist chocolate cake bathed in marshmallow crema. Then it’s topped with crushed graham crackers, hot fudge, and toasted marshmallows. This cake is both unbelievably nostalgic and delicious.

8. Champagne Poke Cake with Champagne Glitter Glaze

Looking for something fancy for Mother’s Day? Give this Champagne cake a try! It’s so pretty and glittery, it’s true. But more importantly, it will blow your tastebuds away.

The sponge is super soft and fluffy, and that glaze on top is just to die for. It’s a mix of melted butter, sugar, Champagne, and edible glitter, which makes it ideal for special occasions!

Add some chocolate-covered strawberries on top for a truly elegant finish.

9. Strawberry Shortcake Poke Cake

There is just nothing like a strawberry poke cake. The strawberry jello gives a ton of flavor to a vanilla cake, plus so much color.

But this is a strawberry shortcake version, so you know it’s extra special. You could top the strawberry jello cake with Cool Whip and be done, but that Golden Oreo crunch topping is way too good to skip!

10. Tres Leches Poke Cake (3 Milk Poke Cake)

Tres leches is one of those classic Spanish desserts you’ll make again and again. With layers of evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream, the vanilla cake becomes impossibly rich and creamy.

16. Peppermint Poke Cake

Have you ever tried mixing red velvet and peppermint? It might be an unlikely mash-up, but it works like a charm. First off, the color combination is just delicious.
