I don’t normally make fudge but I REALLY love these recipes.
So if you’re seeing this and you’re like, nah, no thanks, fudge isn’t my thing… just give me a chance to serve you up some rich, decadent, chocolatey fudge over a bed of whatever you want with a dollop of whipped cream and a crunchy little waterfall of sprinkles over the top. Yeah? Can we do this?
1. Rolo Fudge
This is one of those desserts you just can’t miss. I mean, gooey, fudgy, and just so indulgent. The mix of white chocolate, milk chocolate, and caramel is just out of this world.
One bite of this stuff and you’ll be floating on a cloud of dessert happiness. It’s also just really pretty to look at! Most pieces have a whole Rolo candy right on top and a beautiful marbled look. These are guaranteed to be a total showstopper wherever you take them.
2. Coconut Fudge
I have some pretty strong feelings about desserts, and this three-ingredient fudge is my absolute favorite. It’s got that rich dark chocolate and sweet, tropical coconut flavor that is just so, so good.
And the best part? The coconut isn’t just sprinkled on top. Instead of using sweetened condensed milk, you mix cream of coconut right in with the chocolate.
The whole thing tastes like a Mounds bar, but with a thicker, fudgier, and way more incredible texture.
3. Easiest Foolproof Fudge
One of my go-to recipes is also one of the easiest ones to whip up. It’s so quick and simple they even call it Foolproof Fudge. All you need are five ingredients, a microwave, and about 5 minutes of your time, not counting the four hours it takes to set.
You can totally make this, even if you’ve never cooked a single thing in your entire life. As a little bonus, the chewy texture and bright red cranberries make it a perfect gift for the holidays.
4. 2-Ingredient Strawberry Fudge
Are you the kind of person who wants their dessert to be extra, extra sweet? Then this two-ingredient strawberry fudge is right up your alley. It’s just white chocolate chips and strawberry frosting, and let me tell you, it’s about as sweet as it gets.
The beautiful pink color makes it a no-brainer for Valentine’s Day, but it’s also perfect for baby showers, Mother’s Day, or any party with a pink theme. For a little extra sparkle, you can top it with pink, red, and white sprinkles.
5. Easy No-Cook Baileys Fudge
This rich, four-ingredient fudge is a favorite grown-up treat around here. Every bite has a good amount of Baileys and so much chocolatey goodness.
These are especially fun to bring to parties, but you’ll definitely want to make sure they stay out of reach of the little ones.
6. Mint Chocolate Fudge
Calling all fans of Andes Mints and Thin Mints! If that’s you, then this mint chocolate fudge is about to become your new obsession. It has a gorgeous marbled green and brown color and a fresh, minty flavor that is just perfect.
Think of it as a smoother, chewier version of mint chocolate chip ice cream, but without any of the mess!
7. No-Bake Peanut Butter Fudge
Here’s another super simple and sweet no-bake fudge option. You just microwave some peanut butter and butter for a few minutes, then mix in vanilla and sugar to get that sweet, rich, fudgy flavor we all love.
Then you just spread it all in a pan and let it set up in the fridge. It’s so easy, a kid could totally do it. Just be careful if you let your kids help, because the peanut butter and butter mixture gets really hot in the microwave.
8. Easy Chocolate Raspberry 3-Ingredient Fudge
This raspberry fudge is another beautiful, fruity option. It only takes a few minutes of work and tastes just like chocolate-covered raspberries. You can have it chilling in the fridge in under 10 minutes, and it’ll be ready to eat in just 3 or 4 hours.
These are always a huge hit, even without the fun red and white stripes. But with the stripes, they’re a seriously stunning treat. Everyone will be asking for the recipe!
9. Orange Creamsicle Fudge
Here’s another delicious fudge that’s perfect for summer. It has a beautiful orange and white marbled look and a bright orange Creamsicle flavor that is so good.
It’s like all your favorite orange desserts came together in one bite. And it gets even better if you add the sweet and tangy orange gummy slices on top.
10. Cookie Dough Fudge
This cookie dough fudge is super sugary and packed with all that classic cookie dough flavor. It takes about 15 minutes and a handful of ingredients to put together, but it’s really easy. And trust me, it’s so worth it!
The fudge is soft and chewy, and tastes just like butter, brown sugar, and chocolate chip cookies. If you’re someone who loves sneaking bites of raw cookie dough, then this fudge was made for you!
11. Unicorn Fudge
Unicorn fudge is a vibrant, colorful treat that’s perfect for birthday parties and baby showers. Every piece is covered in multicolored pastels and a ton of rainbow sprinkles.
The rich white chocolate flavor makes them a favorite with everyone, but what really makes them special is how gorgeous they look. To make them even more magical, you can dust them with a little edible glitter.
12. Blueberry Fudge
I think this blueberry fudge might be the prettiest one on the whole list! It has a stunning blueish-purple color with darker purple spots all through it. When you add the white chocolate and fresh blueberry garnish, it looks even more incredible.
This is definitely the fudge you want to make when you really want to impress people. And yep, it tastes just as amazing as it looks. It’s fruity and a little tart, with that perfect fudgy texture.
13. Easy Lemon Fudge
Are you a big fan of cheesecake or tart lemon desserts? If you are, you’re going to love this recipe for easy lemon fudge. It has that perfect mix of sweet and tangy.
It’s kind of like white chocolate fudge with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. It’s a bright, not too sweet fudge that is just ideal for summer.
14. Vanilla Fudge
Vanilla fudge sometimes gets overlooked next to its chocolate and peanut butter cousins. I get it, people usually want the biggest flavor possible.
But this four-ingredient vanilla fudge just might change your mind. Every bite is sweet, simple, creamy, and wonderfully old-fashioned. It has so much more going for it than you might think at first.
